The Good & The Bad!!
I was really bored and I had nothing to do , so i was like " a horror movie would be amazing!! " and Searched for a movie I didn't watch and I found " Quarantine " .
The movie is shocking! 90 minutes of suspense !! i was @ the Edge of my seat!! actually my Bed! lol , its full of graphic and gore images ,my Spirit was disturbed @ the end of the movie ! the ending is really bad but overall its a very good movie! OverAll Rating 7.7/10
On the other hand we have the lame " horror" [yea right!!!] movie! " The Haunting Of Molly Hartley ". Watched this movie yesterday & i was truly disappointed ,ITS STUPID AND COMPLETELY POINTLESS!!! OverAll Rating 4.0/10 [ DON'T WATCH IT]

it all started when i was @ the airport killing time looking for a good perfume and the sales guy was like " sir , you have to try this ,its our best seller" and i was like " are you sure!" and then I smelled it! and I was surprised and i bought it Immediately !!

The Best Ever!!
Two of my favorite shows ! " Desperate Housewives " & " Gossip Girl " were amazing this week!!
I was really excited yesterday because i had a TV Show Session ! I watched " How I Met Your Mother " also! the highlight of these shows was Susan [Teri Hatcher ] & Gaby [ Eva Longoria-Parker] Lesbian Smooch! it was Hilarious !!

In A Perfect World....
I downloaded the album today & to be honest I was really surprised ! its is really GOOD!!!!
my favorite tracks so far are " Intuition " , " Get Your Money Up Feat. Keyshia Cole & Trina " , " Knock You Down Feat. Kanye West & Ne-yo " and The Lovely " Energy" ....
the whole album is generally good! the beats are amazing the lyrics are a bit explicit but overall it's worth it!

The New facebook!
The new facebook layout is hideous !! seriously what were they thinking when they decided to change it !? its just confusing and messed up,I spend along time on facebook checking the usual updates and some other stuff but now i can't really stay on it for more than half an hour!
even though it may be along time lol,but no am trying to cut out facebook from my life and focus on Studying! yea right!!
Facebook started off very well ,everyone was talking about this site it WAS really good but now its just loosing it.....
I guess the saying " the faster you rise, the harder you fall" is also applied on facebook!

I tried playing the game but I failed to be devoted & dedicated to it haha , I know a lot of people who enjoy this game including my cousin and one of my bestfriends , THEY ARE ADDICTED to it , its unbelievable .... they don't go out ,sleep,eat well , etc...

7 Essential Steps to a Good Night's Sleep!
Refreshing sleep significantly affects the quality of your thinking, perceiving and experiencing. Research studies have repeatedly supported the far-reaching effects of solid, restful sleep.
Enjoying a good night's sleep requires you to have -- and use -- the ability to direct your mind to work for you! After all, it is your mind. If you have not already been doing so, it is now time to treat this mind as yours!
The following steps are designed to help you create a good night's sleep as your habit:
Step #1. If You Need to Spend Time Thinking, Do So ... before going to your bedroom. Make a focused time for thinking a part of your pre-bedtime routine.
Step #2. Leave Any/All Cares in the Kitchen Freezer. Use your imagination for this one. Imagine that you take all cares, problems, worries, and concerns and deposit them for the night in the freezer. Then, firmly close the door ... and leave them there.
Step #3. Establish a Bedtime Routine. Select the same time of night and the same relaxing tasks -- e.g., take a hot bath, read a restful book, meditate. Make this bedtime routine a habit -- each and every night, engage in relaxing in these routine ways.
Step #4. Turn Your Mind to Restful Thoughts. Fill your mind with the most-relaxing ideas, thoughts and memories that you can think of.
Step #5. Relax and Lie Down and Relax some More. Start with your feet and progressively relax every muscle of your body up to your head.
Step #6. Begin to Breathe Deeply and Slowly. As you do so, relax even more -- from the inside, out.
Step #7. Imagine Yourself in a Relaxed, Repetitive Setting. Once you have yourself in a place of relaxation -- e.g., on the beach, listening to the waves -- count down slowly from 50.
I invite you to use these ideas over and over to create a good night's sleep for yourself ... night after night after night!
